In a recent interview with Borderless, Indonesian Tech Minister claimed the government had never blocked the website Tumblr.
The statement comes a month after the site was blocked and then quickly unblocked in Indonesia after public outcry.
The move underscored an issue in which critics believe there is not enough clarity about what is allowed and what is and what is not allowed to be published online in Indonesia.
